You are standing at the edge of a deep uncrossable chasm with no memory whatsoever of how you got here, although the number 68 springs to mind for some reason. A not-especially-dark passage leads southwest and a grisly hole in the floor gives you the distinct feeling of being a one-way trip (one of those "you won't be able to get back up" situations).
